Victories aren't graded based on "you did so well with what you had". If your side does surprisingly well with an inferior force that doesn't automatically mean you win. If a force of one man takes on an army and destroys half of it before it kills him, he still lost.

OTOH I don't think Israel can really claim a win for the reasons I laid out in this post.

I have heard the old saying "might makes right" but you have reversed it. Now "might makes wrong."
However, might is technical issue, not a moral one. Already Hizbullah is closer to an army than a militia. Will you consider them on an equal footing if they get an air force?
