Here in Silicon Valley, the trash bins have instructions molded into the plastic. Languages are English, Spainsh, and Russian. The Russian kids, some born in Russia and some in the US, have already adapted to California, and hang out at Starbucks, occasionally with older ones playing chess, being typical teenagers. Maybe better grades in school and a little more ambition than most California kids. Not everyone a Sergey Brin.
