OK, here is the flip side example.

A more apt analogy might be: Pelosi is a liberal, so she is probably an atheist and so she will pass godless legislation.

Any conclusions of this nature should not to be arrived at lightly.

I have observed enough of GWB's actions and heard enough of his statements to conclude, with a reasonable margin for error, that his Evangelical beliefs include the Rapture as a reality. Even if he is not a fervent believer, he has to be at least somewhat influenced by this belief, as he is only human and prefers to make gut decisions.

I think this is a fair and educated conclusion and an important factor in examining his policies.

Sounds fair to me.

I think it's a logical conclusion. She is NOT in sync with the heartland. I like her, but I'm not in sync with the heartland either. Mr. Bush and the rapture are in sync with the heartland.
