The '220 patent is also part of the ITC suit. Also your footnotes would be clearer ...
1) if footnote 2 read "Filed with the ITC and the U.S. District Court", and
2) if the UK suit was footnote 3 instead of footnote 2 again.

P.S. Due to my failing eyesight, bigger footnote numbers would be appreciated too. :-))

Item 11 on your patent list is actually U.S. Patent No. 6,677,894 ... and it is the one Snaptrack patent involved in the U.S. District Court proceedings.
