I see many have taken my advice." Right on Kirk. As you know it's not just Brinker but all newsletter writers who cannot be held responsible for what they publish. Unlike real financial advisors who must meet certain educational requirements, have a certain level of experience, and pass regulatory tests to be licensed...anybody can start a newsletter and write anything they like with impunity. I think you should be warning people not only about Bob Brinker but ALL newsletter writers as long as they are free from any regulatory scrutiny whatsoever. Too bad folks can't sue Brinker because that's where the deep pockets are. Most newsletters are penny-ante propositions authored by quick buck artists. They don't even last a decade for the most part.
