911 was on Bush's watch. 911 was on the Republican's watch. Not only that, but Dubyette refuses to even think about OBL much less bring him to justice. Considering that the Bushes and Bin Ladens are great friends and business associates, that's not hugely surprising but terrible nonetheless. When the adults moved out of the WH, they told the juvenile delinquents of the Bush administration that AQ was at the top of the list. If the Republicans hadn't been mesmerized by Clinton's sex life, Clinton could have had another shot. After ignoring and demoting Clarke's position, the Bushies decided to go after Iraq and dream about SDI. Since in 5 years they haven't caught any of the perpetrators, the Bushies aren't really interested in terrorism except as a campaign tool.
