2 more years for bush with no legacy to protect. That makes him a non-lame duck on FP. He can do whatever he thinks is right. Syl and Geode are going crazy over that thought. Maybe he will get it done. He needs some better folks in his admin for the last two years. Rummy and Cheney are done. Next pres will automatically be softer.
