Tojo was prosecuted, remember the Nuremberg Trials and we are now prosecuting Saddam. You still don't know a thing do you.

You obviously think that Bush is above the law. This makes him a dictator and, along with you, anti-American. Bush's one job is to protect and defend the Constitution and he has deliberately tried to weaken it.

This is, of course, why he has tried to stack the SC. His side of the SC will also try to establish the imperial presidency. They are also anti-American.

If you don't love democracy and the rule of law FOR ALL PEOPLE, why don't you live in Saudi Arabia where they have dictatorship? Impeachment, for the umpteenth time, is a political act and not a legal one.

As for illegal wiretapping, have you asked yourself WHY Dubya is wiretapping without a warrant? After all:

1. The FISA court almost never turns down a request.
2. The wiretapping can start without a warrant. They can get a warrant later so there is no time issue.
3. Congress asked the Bushies if they needed to make changes to the law and the Bushies said no thanks.

Obviously, the Bushies ARE WIRETAPPING PEOPLE THEY SHOULD NOT. You really can't be this gullible...can you...can you?

Impeachment is for HIGH CRIMES and MISDEMEANORS levels which clearly Bush's illegal actions have reached time and time and time again. Your aggressive pursuit of ignorance and that of your ilk is threatening the safety and stability and future of the US of A.

Become smart. Knock off the stupidity.

<There is no world government that can impose its ideas on undefeated powers.>

That is mainly an issue of courage, integrity and leadership. The US and Israel no longer seem to have any of these three basic elements left in their character. Both of them want a world where they can get away with murder -- literally.
