Tojo was prosecuted Not in 1937. He was prosecuted AFTER Japan was defeated at war. Thank you for supporting my point. Impeachment is for HIGH CRIMES and MISDEMEANORS levels which clearly Bush's illegal actions have reached time and time and time again. Not clear at all. A reasonable claim can be made that he has acted withing the powers that the constitution grants the president. I'm not necessarily endorsing that claim, at least not completely, but it isn't a ridiculous argument.
