Then why is Saddam on trial again? Is the war in Iraq over? If so, then our guys can put down their guns. Impeachment shouldn't be used because someone disagrees politically with someone else. Lying about a war, ignoring FISA....these are serious, serious crimes. Where in the Constitution does it say the President is above the law? I thought you guys said Hezbollah is a terrorist organization and not a state. If so, why is it 'war crimes' if it isn't subject to such conventions as actual states are?
