You don't know what they spied on. You only know what's been reported...thus far.


And you also only know what's been reported. Which doesn't stop you from asserting your guesses as truth. Seems to me that's the same type of thing that is causing Bush to get bashed so often.

The reality is, Bush had plenty of opportunities to play within FISA or contest FISA. He chose to go outside FISA MOST PROBABLY because he has been and is doing something seriously out of bounds and illegal.

That could be the reason, or he could have went around FISA because he thought it legal and beneficial, and he could have refrained from formally contesting it, to try and keep secret the techniques that our intelligence services are using.

Why do you just give up your rights and freedom so easily?

I haven't given up anything.
