Yes the lobbyist-official scam under Bush is awful. There is a turnaround window of just months. They fake pay-scales and make handshake loans to cover the time difference. So Bushie lobbyists and regulatorts become almost the same thing. Hannity didn't tell you that, did he? Massive corruption in DC now. Fully porking industry and vice versa. The American people are getting totally ripped off.

This is the most corrupt congress in history, but almost only on the rightwing side, the Delay-Rove-Norquist-Reed-Cheney-Frist-Cunningham-Lewis-Pombo-Doolittle-Barton-Enron/Gillespie, Abramoff crowd. Plus many lesser known scammers. All guilty as hell. Democrats didn't take a single dollar from Abramoff. That is stunning considering he was the most active lobbyist in DC, protected personally by Rove and Delay.
