Why dont we just give them a few bombs and be done with it.

Unfortunately, a few bombs would not resolve the Iranian nuclear problem. They have spread out, and buried their facilities in heavily fortified bunkers.

Personally speaking (and I may be quite wrong on my assessment), but I'm still holding out the hope for the reformist movement in Iran, supported by a fairly modernist and youthful demographic that would rather have economic and political progress, than regional/global Jihad.

We'll see how they respond, and what the next step will be via the UNSC and sanctions process.
