The great thing about being a liberal is that you are not forced to debate facts, liberals get to refute logic with statements like "he is an idiot / you are an idiot". It works in the minds of liberals, who high five each other for their brilliance.

If only that were true, you guys wouldn't be in the mess you all are in. The truth is on average, non GOPers.....that would be independents and liberals........tend to be much better informed than their GOP counterpart. That's why we are able to run circles around you guys. ;-)

Why do the partisan leftwingers still bring up the whole Iraqi WMD program issue long after it has been settled that Iraq had WMD programs? They keep trying to change the subject to whether he had large quantities of WMDs and whether they were organized in "stockpiles".

On this particular issue, I tend to believe the president you voted for and his weapons guy, David Kay; that is, what they have to say on the subject.

Democrats use facts and common sense to debate in order to solve problems. We are even willing to use Republican ideas if they are better than ours.

Bushies do not engage in fair debate nor do they seem concerned about facts. Bushies use slogans, false rightwing myths, smears, fear tactics and revisionist history.

If you want a lesson in modern deceptive rightwing propaganda just listen to Sean Hannity rant. He is Karl Rove's mouthpiece, and a filthy, dishonest mean-spirited mouth it is.

A few of the rightwing myths they keep using which are just flat false or deceptive are:
- Clinton was offered Osama Bin Laden
- Reagen ended the Cold War
- Carter created the Iranian problem
- Bush is tough on terrorists
- Iraq is good for the war on terror
- Kerry, Murtha are cowards
- Clinton was dishonest (about anything but his sex life)
- Clinton was in with Enron and Bush wasn't
- Tax cuts create more revenues
- Pollution creates jobs
- Democrats are bigger spenders
- There is no gas gouging or global warming

These are just total falsehoods they repeat over and over.
