Also, do you want me to pull up that message you left me on iHub analyzing the Spiral Trades on my site? One thing about you Brinker supporters, it doesn't take very long before your own lies trip you up. "yadda yadda crap about real estate but with no substance...." I don't cheat on taxes and I keep damned good records. I've considered moving, many times, but I live where I'd like to finish my life. My capital gains are close to 7 figures now so I'd still have a huge tax bill to pay. Plus, my property taxes would go up considerably. If you move every few years, you make real estate brokers and title companies happy as well as the property tax collector. "Because I rarely follow through on reading your messages because they are so boring." LOL... pompous is a word that comes to mind. BTW, you have not "retired" you simply went into the house flipping real estate business. Great if you enjoy it half as much as I enjoy what I do. If I am lucky, I'll keep working to some extent until I'm 100, have my "capital gains basis" for home office deductions maxed out so there is little left and I might then reverse mortgage it and give away the money so I can enjoy it in my last few years. If you know what you are doing, a house and very valuable land it sits on, is a very tax efficient savings account that now is also my LT health care insurance...
