sure I think we all agree that the Toyota hybrids are the top the industry has to offer- NOW. I just don't think its cast in stone that will continue because I think the bay area which is the new company incubation area was not interested in fuel until oil prices escalated. Now its a different ballgame.

Theres 2 things wrong with detroit, one is efficiency and the other is design. The japanese have the first problem licked, but not the second.

prices really falling now on houses. I think a recession is coming and then its going to look exactly like 1991 in the housing sector. Thats my opinion anyway.
