good points. the end of a bubble is a judgment call which is pretty much guesswork. once the price of something is determined by momentum as opposed to its relationship to traditional fundamentals, who knows when it will end.

but Xie also made factual errors, like last year when he said Chinese crude imports were declining, or about to decline, or slowing down, or whatever. he then used such fairy tales as the basis for his (ultimately erroneous) bearish call on crude.
