yeah contrary to the RE pros here I am thinking Fall 07 will have about as good of bargains as anytime. Of course you don't know when things will improve and it could be 8 years after that but if you need a house, buying in a year could be good.

First sellers to crack and cut prices...don't lose as big as the rest.

As my dad would always say, the first guy to sell makes 100%, the second guy makes 90%, the third guy makes 80%.

Panic first and avoid the rush.
