Gary...I'm talking about a foreign policy that "creates" enemies.

After 9/11 we had the whole world empathizing with the U.S. Since then, not only have we alienated the Muslim countries, we've also alienated just about ALL the countries. Even if their leaders seem to back us (Britain and Blair), their people hate what we're doing.

At least Clinton was "respected" by foreign leaders. Bush is the butt of their jokes.
