Commercials patiently pile up extreme shorts in the rate complex. That's -359,292 in the ten year.


That commercial 10 year short is an all time record - at least since '86 when my data starts.

Don't forget that incentives grow as market slows down, and probably get 3-5 years of free gas and electrical service and a $500-$1000 prepaid gasoline card. Move into a house custom-built home and get $10,000 toward closing costs or a buy-down on your mortgage rate or a free car/suv. All the great ideas are coming :)
