Absolutely, right. It is a balancing act.

Could an alternate and safer way of playing this resource exist by buying ECA? (Disclosure: I own ECA.) You will have to deploy more capital for sure, and your results will be more moderate, but you'll also get a safety net---plus another exposure to the sands in addition to the resource in the Colubia River basin inasmuch as ECA is looking for a partner to develop its other sands properties.

Is someone on the thread astute enough to calculate the impact on ECA's share price if the projected Washington State resource is found? (ECA does have an a majority interest here right)?

Just a thought.
