Does "USDA organics" equals to organics made in the US? I thought foreign companies can get certified for USDA organics too? Not?

A lot of things sold in Whole Food is not organic (like their own brand of "365".

And talk about organic staff, today I took a look for some staff sold in store, and compared with the price in Amazon.com. The Amazon price sometimes is 40%+ cheaper (after that $10 off), so definitely is excellent deal<g>
