Moom, I recall one of the Iranians being reported as saying that they are quite happy to obliterate Israel because after the smoke clears, there will still be some of Iran remaining, but none of Israel. Which would be a victory. I hasten to add that I don't understand the language they speak and so it's second or third hand information and the military intelligence on Iraq's WMDs showed how reliable that is. Fatwahs are available for everyone who doesn't obey the Mullahs' edicts. Make a very inoffensive cartoon about violent Moslems and their superstitions and it's the throat-cutting and stoning. When they talk genocide and totalitarianism, one had better not treat them as noisy children to be ignored, or worse, encouraged. They are not children. They are adults with minds of their own. They say they want to kill all Jews. We have already seen that when some people talk like that, they are not kidding. Genocide has been common around the world for eons and I don't see any reason why people inclined to genocide will stop because it would be nice for their intended victims if they'd just stay and play in their own back-yard. Islamic Jihad isn't just for a few countries and people. It's for everyone. If they don't want it, they are going to get it anyway, good and hard. Heck, the USA was founded on genocide and slavery. It's not as though it's a new concept. New Zealand was full of it before the English arrived and the Maoris agreed to English laws with the Queen being the boss, which kept the neighbouring tribes at bay. It was not fun for a lot of tribes when the Ngapuhi went on the rampage with muskets, killing and eating anyone they liked. The English were far more civilized and preferred hiring and trading and buying land to rampaging around like the Ngapuhi.
