There is rhetoric and action and in the Middle East often there is more of the former. But sometimes rhetoric pushes someone into a corner where they have to do something dumb. Now Nasrallah says he wouldn't have authorised the attack on Israel if he knew what the Israelis would do in response.

Total b.s. You really have no sense of balance. Let's say this Jihad has been going for 20 years. In that time what is the ratio of Islamic deaths to non-Islamic deaths? I'd guess it is at least 10:1. So who is on a rampage?
