"NOLA still looks very bad. I am surprised at how little has been done."

It's a national disgrace. While we spend 2 billion a WEEK for nothing in Iraq.

Why is it that we see it as a national disgrace and the bumfukks who control the money don't?

Every time I see those clips where some old people are pleading with the tv cameras: "we are Americans......why isn't anyone helping us?", or the man who had to choose between holding onto his grandchildren or his wife as the flooding waters reached the roof of his house and who was later seen by a reporter on the street looking for his wife......the man starting to cry, and then the reporter starting to cry. It just tears me up.......and then I remember that while this nightmare was unfolding Bush was strumming a guitar in SD like some guy on a street corner with a monkey trying to raise precious dollars for his GOP. It makes me sick...sick to my stomach. If for no other reason, he should be made to resign his position.
