For sure, they have been provoking Iran into making a first strike. But Iran is not biting the bait.

Though the US has no diplomatic connections with Iran, they can still negotiate through third parties. Folks are waiting for the US to act simply because it is the strongest member among them. But it appears all the sweet talk of diplomacy from the US is mere window dressing and is actually intended to fail.

Iran only has to make the intention of a strike. Israel already has its missiles trained on the targets of choice. She will strike. The only question is when.
