I think it has been branded a win for Hizbollah and I don't think the Hizballonian controlled media will say any different. I think it still appears Hizbollah won to anyone not seeing Lebanon, and that it could be used politically as a way to prop up Muslims annoyingly dismal self image, so that peace is a possibility. To be a win it doesn't really need to be a win. And if they thought to use it to allow Israel to make some concessions, and them to make some concessions, they might get enough peace to actually stop the next war.
