I think it has been branded a win for Hizbollah In the way that when Mike Tyson's opponent lasts 2 rounds instead of dropping in the first 22 seconds, it is considered a win for the.....perhaps. But all Muslims who followed the fighting know that Lebanon got massively decimated, perhaps set back a decade in development, and Israel had the equivalent of a bus driving off a cliff in the countryside. Few Muslims envy the "victorious" Lebanese and want to be in their shoes at the moment, so I think you are following the wrong media if you believe other Muslims would call Hezbollah victorious in their recent fight with Israel.
