Clinton didn't know he was doing anything wrong. Sometimes presidents sign off on a stack of legal documents their aides tell them to sign. Clinton is an avid reader (unlike Bush) but he can't read everything. Either there was a mistake or the aide was conned. There was no one in the Clinton administation who would sell out his country for a few dollars. It was a pretty clean bunch. Unlike the GOP congress we have in there now which has been selling legislation since day one. In all, we are probably talking a trillion dollars in Bushie crony ripoffs of the American people and our public wealth. From our pockets into theirs, and 7-13 trillion in new deficit spending, much of it waste, fraud and outright theft. Believe me, the real evidence against Tom DElay and his crooked cronies hasn't even come out yet. That's why they forced him to resign. It's enough to bring down the entire rightwing of the GOP. The entire GOP congress and their buddies in the Bush White House have been in cahoots selling out the USA.
