Non zionist jews like me now trace our peoples roots thru current day Israel as opposed to Hitler's death camps in europe. Folks back then may have thought they had roots in europe but the Germans and their fellow travellers in places as diverse as france and ukraine proved them wrong. Me having Israel in place is like an italian-american having italy. Another place to visit some day and check out where we originally came from. Nothing more, nothing less.
