wish I knew a little less law and a lot more about investing... Don't we all wish we know more about investing? The decision by Judge Mary Cooper was hers. When will a dispute be decided by the judge alone, and when will a trial by jury be conducted. It seems that Judge Cooper is very familiar with the wireless issues. I am afraid if QCOM has to have jury trial, it might face juries who have no idea about wireless communications. (Remember OJ trial where many of the juries could not comprehend what DNA means?).
