He did make a point based on those numbers

What point is that? That dying is okay. You all are spinning out of control. Death is death no matter the fraction.

Besides......who is to say what is the standard death rate for a civil war? The only reason for this type of ridiculous hair splitting is to nuance your way out of dealing with the real issue which is that Bush's invasion of Iraq is an unmitigated disaster that is costing this country American lives and big bucks.
