Don't know. It was mentioned by reports last week by Citigroup and JP Morgan Chase analysts. The article mentioned a private fund, TPG-Newbridge, just bought the department store chain from Coles Mayer in May at 1.4 billion Aussie$, far exceeded most market expectations, and now wants to buy the whole company for an estimated 11.4 billion US$. Carlyle Group now also sets up office in Aussie. BTW, I think you have heard some analyst in the US speculates MSFT might be a target for LBO<g>
