I was asking because that because you said they could/would release shares if they were needed to fund a purchase. maybe i misread. I thought if the deal had gone through for the purchase of the lumber mill they may have released some shares. I am sorry, I meant nothing sinister about my question. I know it takes time to make a purchase of a company and I have not read anything that the deal had gone through. see my post from the lumber and building daily, It would appear to me they should have no trouble negotiating a good price for one or even more than one lumber mill. If they did get a good price they may need to release shares to pay and if it was confirmed by the TA that shares had been released, this could mean the deal was struck, which would be very good news, IMHO.
