Your spin on the situation is interesting. Lets try it this way: "Peter, I think whatever Clinton spent in giving N. Korea the ability to freely produce nukes was CHEAP compared to just about ANYTHING Bush has done."

Interesting. Then you will be very pleased at the result of Chinese and Russian efforts to ensure Iran's entry into the nuclear production club.

"If YOU had been elected president in 1992, what would YOU have done to make N. Korea less of a threat???? "

Specifically, I would have kept my hands off Kathlene Wiley, Monica and all of the other women Clinton attacked. I would not have allowed a first lady to dispose of politically inconvenient people such as Rob Brown, Web Hubble and Vince Foster. I would have responded to islamofascist attacks with something more forceful than retreat. North Korea was weak and Clinton kept Kim Jong Il in power. A strong isolationist response would have provoked the mentally unstable dictator, but the cost of his attack would have been a fraction of the cost of provoking him today.
