The Constitution is not "static" it is subject to interpretation ... which is why it is so very important to put conservatives on the Supreme Court instead of wackos like Ginsberg! We just got two really good ones too ... sorry, will be a while before you can get the liberal "throw God out of everything" majority you need to start murdering more babies and teaching our children that faith in God is the "opium of the people" ... for the foolish and uneducated ...sound familiar?
