Limtex--I have it on good authority that QCOM earnings may be below expectations for the quarter ending Sept. 30, owing to increased legal fees.

Actually you're the one who's been quiet. As a fellow QCOM long, with QCOM the big part of your core holding, aren't you happy QCOM has been doing so well the last few weeks. Why did you quit posting multiple times a day when the stock turned around?
