I'm not slamming Bush for badmouthing the UN. I'm slamming Bush for badmouthing the UN one year and then sucking up to the UN the next.

If the UN was performing its function then there'd be no reason to criticise. Do you expect the President to smile and issue accolades in the face of impotence? I do not.

N. Korea has been more egregrious in there actions since Bush came to power than they EVER were while Clinton was in there.

Listen, I'm going to give you the benefit of the doubt in that you're not purposefully being obtuse. We are all the beneficiaries of our predecessors and the times in which we live. There's one rule of history, things are never static...
BTW, we have continually tried to bring pressure on NK through your beloved UN. The NKs have already shown that talk, paper and words mean little to them.

Where's Bush's "steely eyed" pressure on China to reel in their lapdog?? What PRESSURE has Bush applied?

Being that China itself is one of the biggest threats in the Asian theater just how much of a lean you want the US to put on China?
