Bush of late seems to be doing just that. Smiling and giving accolades to the UN. The trouble is...BUSH himself has become the "Face of Impotence" in the world. Nobody listens to Bush anymore, including Iran and N. Korea.

I think the "predecessors" that were responsible for NK getting their first nukes were Reagan and Bush I. Clinton kept them pretty much at that level during his term, but we've seen an EXPLOSION of nuclear bomb building during Bush (moron) II.

So...when it comes to China you think we should give them a pass, cause they're a major power in Asia? If I were president I'd put a LOT of LEAN on China while they're still so dependent on us to support their export markets. I'd tell them that the word tariff was still in our vocabulary.
