No controlled demolotion ever, anywhere has had that type of collapse. You mean demolition? Demo-lotion is at the health and beauty counter...and don't try to take it on an airplane. Are you saying that a top down controlled demolition is impossible? For a tall building like the WTC, if you were going to bring those tall buildings down, starting the demolition up the building somewhere would actually be safer and would better control the gravity part of the energy. The best way to bring down a building is sequential charges that control the progression of the collapse. Any number of sequences are possible.
