Oh ouch, I did miss that. ID is actually not a hypothesis, it is simply evolution denial. A scientific hypothesis is a rather special thing: it makes predictions which are testable, at least in principle. ID does not. Holocaust denial is not a fact, it is nonsense. So I was interpreting your comment to mean that either the Holocaust or evolution are a fact, while the other was a hypothesis. I was not considering that holocaust denial or evolution denial are either facts or hypotheses. Neither qualifies for either status.
