fuzzy-

you know things - that's why i'm asking.

i seem to be prone to injuries that involve
ligaments - ie, my groin injury, and then
last month i had some thing similar to
carpal tunnel, but it was in my ankle - i
needed crutches for a few days.

yesterday i must have twisted while getting
off a chair and immediately felt a twinge
high on my right buttock - where the muscle
meets the bone - and today its severely limited
my mobility to put it kindly.

the doctors up here said that as you age,
your ligaments get brittle. well, geeze louise,
i'm only 64. it is a prelude to total body
arthritis or something.

this is depressing.
