<<< truly false and damaging propaganda >>>

Purposefully and knowingly spreading false, damaging and severe propaganda with the intent of harming our government is a crime, correct?

I said TRULY false and damaging propaganda. That, plus a limiting factor based on the severity of the situation would seriously limit how often government action is taken if ever. The Nazi's killed thousands of their own citizens simply because they would not join the party. That's what a Nazi is. Taking action against severe, false and damaging propaganda, while unusual and unlikely, is prudent, not a reason to compare someone to a Nazi.

The government takes action against people that incite or order murder. People that do so aren't necessarily the ones acting out the murder, but they have given their followers false, severe and damaging information and/or direction that leads directly to the crime. If someone purposefully delivers false, severe and damaging propaganda that leads to harmful actions against our country, than the government should take action against them as well.
