Apparently, the cargo shifted because the explosion of the anti-aircraft shells around his plane caused it to vibrate violently thereby shifting the cargo and triggering the explosion. Are you familiar with how explosives could be made to explode? "Apparently the cargo shifted because of the explosion of the anti-aircraft shells around his plane." So if the Nazis hadn't been shooting at his plane he probably would not have died, but the nazis didn't kill him...... What a bloody useless argument. He died fighting the nazis, the victim of a tragic accident caused by the nazis shooting at his plane.
