You are not thinking straight. This has absolutely nothing to do with the price of the car. You posted 30 times that it was scientifically "difficult" to make a car that is energy efficient in the way Tesla is proceeding. If they go public, or do a private offering and IF they raise money THEN within a very short period of time they will have to disclose this a material fact, AND I GUARANTEE YOU THEY WILL NOT. If they do not they will have committed securities fraud. This type of suit has been severely restricted. Now if you have a beef you must arbitrate which is totally unsatisfactory. Class actions have been almost eliminated, and no attorney is going to take a single case on a contingency, because there will be no money left by the time the single case reaches court. Big business has caused congress to pass laws which all these kinds of companies to continue until they crash and burn. THIS IS HOW THE REAL WORLD WORKS.
