Too many questions. "What happens when all those people you know who used to work at the Dot.com and are now working in real estate lose their jobs?" Lots of job openings at McDonalds and many of the small businesses in my town. For many, they would probably be making more money than they are as a real estate broker. For the rest... I have no idea if the market has really bottomed. I told you my GUESS. I don't market time but for a small amount and it has served me well. You are right that CACS won't go up as much as it did before... it went up 3500% in 2003 so I doubt we'll see that again... but I do think it has more potential than LRCX, in both directions.
