Against this backdrop, crude for October delivery fell 77 cents to $62.45 a barrel on the New York Mercantile Exchange. It touched a low of $62.30, the weakest intraday level the contract has seen since Dec. 28, 2005.

Imagine ASML should use a similar system to burn wafers....
In stead of one nano antenna, one could use thousands or more antennas in order to speed up production.
That would be a dramatic change in technology.
No immersion anymore, no EUV on 22-nm or lower, just a small solid state laser, and there you are.
