It touched a low of $62.30, the weakest intraday level the contract has seen since Dec. 28, 2005.

In stead of one nano antenna, one could use thousands or more antennas in order to speed up production. That would be a dramatic change in technology. No immersion anymore, no EUV on 22-nm or lower, just a small solid state laser, and there you are.
