deficits shrinking? lol Like the national debt that increased every year clinton was in office? I forgot, a cut in the size of an increase is shrinking the debt in democrat speak. Cheers.

Yeah. I miss a CIC who tries to get Osama and blows up an aspirin factory. And who diddled the help.
