Apple has already announced that bittorrent will be in the next update to osX, and nobody is threatening to sue them.

no record company or RIAA has ever sued bittorrent- not even once. they have sued tracker sites, but never the company itself (bram's company)

Microsoft hasn't produced P2P software to enable the sharing of mp3s over the Internet, but if they did, the record companies would sue them, as they sued Napster and the other companies who did write such software.
