I believe in this service/organization/thread very much. They keep refining it and getting better in my opinion. You have no hope for it? That's kinda dorky.

Mish, There's still hope and a silver lining. <g> The moderated thread concept has holes when it comes to penny threads, but it has benefits for other threads completely aside from that category. So, rather than throw the baby out with the bathwater, it would be completely in line with the TOU to have a general thread along the lines of something like: "Scam Tout Performance". And if every post coincidentally, for example, included the jmhollen record of penny disasters, that would be fine, as long as the general thread was, "Scam Tout Performance", "Penny Tout Records", etc... There's no fruit punch to be made from the lemons of moderated threads. But lemonade could be had, within the site parameters and serve the same refreshing beverage purpose.
